My ac didn't really work and you would think with the heat in Dallas the ac would have been better.....also my tv didn't work

All in all everything was perfect, had a very nice stay because of the excellent service I receive. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, rooms spotless and new-fashioned. The location in a downtown area was favourable and unbeatable and there were a market and a convenience store nearby. Again, it was 1 mile from King Spa & Sauna. Good restaurant provided Mexican dishes.

Our stay on our business trip was really nice. the hotel location was favorable in a nice area. 3. We were really close to Dallas, eateries, and other attractions. 4. Stayed in a new-fashioned deluxe queen room with a king bed.

We were picking up my grandchildren from Denmark and stayed two nights. It was in a rather industrial part of town, which I did not know from the description, but it was very nice for the money. Oddly, the only thing I complained about to my husband was the lack of more wastebaskets and the size of the two that were there. The free wi-fi and complete breakfast were also a nice addition. We would have no problem staying again.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. The bed was amazingly comfortable & the room very clean.

I made reservations online & called the day before to confirm. When I arrived...No reservations! Arg.. The girl was quick to get me a room & very polite. Not much view from any side of the hotel.

Enjoyed a hot breakfast with bacon, scrambled eggs, and biscuits, the beds were comfortable, rooms were brand-new, and the bathrooms were clean – all in a great location.

As with most hotels the beds and pillows were too hard for a comforable rest. Also the curtains would not close and allowed to much light into the room during the night. The rooms had a great decor but the comfort was lacking. Also the website indicated the hotel was closer to Texas stadium than was factual, this location was on the other side of the city not five miles away as indicated.

A well-maintained hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed it, staff was efficient. My room was average sized and updated, reasonably priced and with a king bed. I had a REALLY ENJOYABLE time.

The staff here were very attentive and knowledgeable, keeping the room clean with amenities like a couch and TV, as well as a microwave and fridge for convenience.

It's almost as comfortable as being at home.

The complimentary breakfast is too good, causing us to eat too much. The waffles are the best we've ever eaten.

Everything was great. Right off of the highway, clean rooms. Go carts for the kids on the others side of highway.

The room here is well-kept, well-decorated, and includes a microwave, fridge, and sitting area.

The loud noises in the hall that kept waking us up.
